Registration for the 2013-2014 School Year

Registration Process

PLEASE NOTE: the information and forms below are for the 2013-2014 school year.  Updated information for the 2014-2015 school year will be added soon.

Here is a Calendar reminder that you can load into your computer or mobile phone's calendar program: Hillcrest In-Person Registration

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • You must complete a set of forms for each child. Click on the form name below to open it in Adobe Reader. (To download the latest version of Adobe Reader, click here.)
  • Fill the form out digitally in Adobe Reader, print the specified number of copies, and sign the forms manually. (Alternatively, you can save the pdf file to your computer, fill it out and print it later, or print out the form and fill it out manually.)
  • It is a good practice to print an extra copy of each form for your records.

ADDITIONAL ORIENTATION DOCUMENTS:

What to bring with you to the In-Person Registration on August 22nd:
  • Completed and signed forms.
  • Your checkbook, so you can become a member of the PTA.
  • Your calendar, so you can sign-up to volunteer.
  • Your credit cards, so you can register for eScrip.
  • Your good humor as your friendly volunteers help you through the process. You will be guided through stations, receiving stamps as you go. When your card is completely stamped you will receive your child's classroom assignment.
