Program #1 is the gift cards and paper scrip described below. Order your holiday scrip now. Stock up now on cards for merchants you shop, then remember to pay with the cards. When you run low, would you like to order more??
Program #2 is the electronic scrip known as eScrip. Merchants participating in eScrip will send a rebate to our schools whenever you swipe a REGISTERED credit card or Safeway card. Popular eScrip merchants include, Safeway, Whole Foods, Office Max, Payless Shoes, Village Market, Andronico’s, Orchard Suply Hardware, Baja Fresh, etc. Please go to eScrip.com now and register your Safeway and all your credit cards for benefit of Group ID # 137662060. Remember to update your registration whenever your cards change. You may think you are registered but in fact you may need to update your information. The eScrip site is heavily encrypted – Hillcrest Folks have enjoyed 100% protection since the beginning. It only takes 5 minutes to Register. PLEASE DO IT. We have about 30% Participation. Let's make this 100%.
Program #3 is for shopping on the Internet. Popular online shopping destinations include Office Depot, Land’s End, Eddie Bauer, L.L. Bean, Nordstrom, Dell, Apple, Toy’s R us, etc. Please go to Schoolpop.com now and register for benefit of Group # 106227. Then when beginning an online shopping trip, first go to schoolpop.com to sin in and select the merchant – you’ll be transferred to the merchant site. By passing through the Schoolpop portal, you will have established a rebate for Hillcrest when you buy.
The Best part of all, you can have your relatives and friends also help Hillcrest too. Call a relative or tell a neighbor. Who would have thought that our New York relatives could be directly impacting our Children's Education...

Rebates on paper scrip and debit card scrip are higher than eScrip rebates. Higher percentages multiplied by more shopping trips means more money for Hillcrest. Use this expanded program for your regular shopping and gifts this holiday season and watch earnings to Hillcrest add up without a penny out of your pocket. The debit cards make great gifts too!! To participate is easy, just:
- Download and print the order form (pdf), and fill it out.
- Attach a check payable to Hillcrest PTA.
- Drop your order in the scrip coordinator's (Caryn Kramer) folder in the office.
