Hillcrest 2010 Benefit

Congratulations Hillcrest Community on a groovy Benefit 2010!

A few important notes:

• After the event the benefit committee always checks through every bid sheet and matches it against the purchaser recorded. No credit cards will be charged until all data is checked and reconciled. This may take a few days.
• If you know of an error please let us know asap - you can send a note to 2010benefit@hillcrestpta.org. We want everyone to be happy! Peace . . .
• There are many Benefit items that were not picked up. If you left without your winnings, please contact Kelli Brown to arrange pickup or delivery for a $25 charge payable to the PTA. Please e-mail 2010benefit@hillcrestpts.org to arrange.
• Items marked with a ** have no certificate. Please contact donors to redeem. Winning bidders will be posted soon!

Did you raise your paddle? If you missed the event, or were busy at the bar during Raise Your Paddle, its not too late! We'd love your support! Did you support Prescott? We'd love your community service support as well. To donate to either, please drop a check payable to Hillcrest PTA in the Benefit box with a note.
