Steps to becoming a Hillcrest Olympian:

Step 1: Choose ticketing option or, if you can't attend, make a donation instead
Step 2: List people you'd like to sit with
Step 3: Support teachers and staff
Step 4: Choose an entrée for each ticket you are buying
Step 5: Pay

If you are buying a Sponsor Table, you must pay for the entire table the old-fashioned way—with one check for $1,250 payable to the Claremont Resort & Spa.

For all other tickets, teacher support or donations, you now have the option of paying either online or by check. If paying by check, please make it payable to Hillcrest PTA. Both the Claremont and PTA checks can be placed in the Benefit for Hillcrest envelope in the school office, or mailed to:

Note: If you ordered more than 12 tickets, the Benefit staff will contact you for meal preferences.

This includes individual tickets and sponsor tables (12 tickets each), plus a donation amount and teacher subsidies, if you selected them.

Step 5: Pay
Once you hit the "Order tickets" button below, you will be taken to a second screen that will instruct you on how to pay. If you are not ordering a Sponsor Table, your entire payment can be made online. If any of your order includes a Sponsor Table, you will need to make at least a portion of your order by check. Hit the "Order tickets" button below now for final payment instructions.
