I understand that payment must be received in order for the ad to be placed in the auction directory. No ad will be accepted or printed after the submission deadline October 5th . All artwork must be submitted either electronically or as camera-ready artwork. Hillcrest PTA and the Hillcrest PTA Auction Committee are not liable for any errors or omissions. The Advertiser agrees to hold Hillcrest PTA and the Auction Committee Members, their agents and contractors harmless for any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the advertisement. This agreement is whole in its entirety. No verbal agreements will be recognized.
