Oaktrees4oakland is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing oaktrees back to Oakland. We are here to help save the enviroment and have a better earth in witch we live in. Oaktrees are a trees that is the reason Oakland was named and now all the Oaktrees are gone. Save the enviroment and yourself by planting Oakseeds. Oaktrees are easy to grow and do not require much care. And save animals like this adorible sheep.

Here are the steps to planting and Oaktree of your own:

1. Get your hands on and acorn. Look at parks and your own backyard. If your neibor has an Oaktree politely ask them if you may have an acorn
2. Find a good sized pot somewhere and plant the acorn in the pot give it a little water everyday, but do not drown it in water
3. Be patient and watch your tree grow. Know that you are helping save the enviroment and you should feel happy
4. When your tree has grown bigger than its pot re-plant it to a spot in your yard and enjoy the shade of your very own Oaktree!!
