1. Check out and watch a science VHS or DVD of your choice from Ms. Rubenstein.
a. You must come before or after school, at lunch or at break.
b. Make sure that you have a way to play the VHS or DVD at home.
c. Email the assignment to Ms. Rubenstein by 8:30am on October 3. If you do not know how to do this ask before the due date!
2. Write 15 questions to go along with the video. (10 points)
a. The questions should be the kind that someone could answer while watching the video, based upon the information in the video.
b. Include answers for all of the questions you write.
3. Review the video. (10 points)
a. What kinds of class would the video be good for (life, physical, earth science)?
b. What was entertaining about the video? What captured your attention?
c. What did you not like about the video? What might other students not like about the video?
d. How would the video be most useful in class and why? (review, introducing new material, enrichment, not useful at all, etc.)
e. Overall would you recommend the video to a classmate?
