Writing:
From the footbinding article, notes and in-class discussion, begin a persuasive essay either for or against the practice of footbinding. Use the outline given in class, and focus on a thesis statement as well as two counterarguments in the body of the essay. This handwritten practice/informal five-paragraph essay is due 4/12.
