Parking & drop-off
The parking slots on the Mandalay side of the school have been reserved for Faculty parking only, from 8:00-4:00 on school days. We ask that you respect this special privilege that we extend to our valued teachers.
Parking & Drop-Off Dos
DO park only in those spots designated for parking.
DO respect the time limit parking in the green zone.
DO drop off on the school-side of the street.
DO respect the children on safety patrol. They take their responsibilities very seriously.
Parking & Drop-Off Don'ts
DO NOT double park in front of the school.
DO NOT park in the Yellow loading zone between 8:00-8:30 a.m.
DO NOT park in the faculty reserved spaces on Mandalay.
DO NOT block the crosswalks.
DO NOT drop-off at either of the playground gates.
Morning Drop-off (8:00- 8:30 a.m.)
The yellow loading zone in front of the school on Marguerite will be a special drop-off zone from 8:00-8:30 a.m. every morning. DO NOT PARK HERE. Volunteer safety patrol students and parents will be there to assist the children in exiting the cars and sending them onto the playground past the Adventure Time side entrance (if prior to 8:30 a.m.) or into the school (after the 8:30 a.m. bell). If your child attends Adventure Time, they can enter via the side entrance and check-in with an Adventure Time person.
THERE WILL BE NO CAR DROP-OFF AT EITHER OF THE OTHER SCHOOL GROUND GATES DURING THIS 3O-MINUTE TIME PERIOD.
We realize that for the first few days of school, many parents will want to personally escort their child/children into Adventure Time or the school. If you are doing this, please park in the green 12 minute time-limit zone in front of the school, on Hermosa or on the side streets off of Mandalay.
We also ask that during this drop-off time, you make every effort to DRIVE ONLY IN THE WESTBOUND (DOWNHILL) DIRECTION on Marguerite.
